We don’t typically brag but this masterpiece we created is making us pat ourselves on the back. She’s our take on the classic toi et moi style, which means “you and me” in French. The style symbolizes eternal love and devotion, stretching all the way back to the 18th century.

Toi et moi styles catapulted into fashion when the famed general Napoleon Bonaparte proposed to Josephine de Beauharnais with a picture perfect, pear cut diamond and sapphire toi et moi ring, which was sold at auction in 2013 for nearly $1 million. Napoleon and Josephine’s union was the height of romance even though it was not embraced by everyone at the time. Josephine was six years older than her betrothed and happened to be a widow with two children. Napoleon cared not.
