The table cut is basically the OG of diamond cuts, as it dates back to the early 1400’s, and was the precursor to the infamous emerald cut diamond. The first major faceting technique also emerged with the table cut; the top section of the diamond was cut off, giving an appearance similar to a flat table, and then after a time the craftsman said this design needs some extra “flare” and began to expertly cut off the corners of the “table” creating the first faceting technique, the Old Eight Cut, in jewelry history. This technique allowed the clarity and uniqueness of each stone to shine bright to the naked eye.

This incredible Georgian Table Cut Diamond ring shines bright like a diamond (well obvi, because it is a diamond). So, if you need that extra “don’t mess with me” vibe or want to let a special someone know they’re just gangster enough for you, this is the perfect gem for you.
