We will be quite surprised if you don't love your item as much as we do, but once in a while things don't work out. We always take care of our customers.
USPS Priority Shipping: We offer Priority Shipping at a flat fee of $8.00. This method is insured.
USPS Express Mail: All orders coming in before 1 PM will be shipped same day. All orders after 1 PM will be shipped the following day.
USPS International First Class Shipping: We offer international shipping to just about every continent at a rate of $35.00 to $65.00. Our first class international shipping usually arrives between 7-10 business days.
If you prefer a different method of shipping please don't hesitate to email us, we can certainly work something out for you!
A Few More Things:
The very nature of antique jewelry is that it has been pre-worn and loved for a long time, in some of our cases, for over 200 years. That being said, our jewelry may have welding marks from original casting or repair, and other signs of aging. Please review carefully before making a purchase.
We meticulously inspect each piece in order to send you the most secure of items, but as these pieces have a past, we cannot guarantee the timeline of their integrity. Love these pieces and treat them according to their delicate condition.
We do guarantee that all pieces have been inspected and tested for authenticity. All of our jewelry will come to you in its best original condition and be described as accurately as possible in the description section of each listing.
There may be hallmarks on the jewelry that will denote when and where it was made. We do our best to include this information in the description section of each listing; however, much of this information is available online and it's a good time to look up where your new friend came from!
There are pieces that are unmarked or the marking has been worn down. We will not hallmark the piece as we want to keep the jewelry in its best original condition. Again, all pieces have been tested and guaranteed regardless of their markings.

Resizing and Repair:
Looking to someone to re-size your ring?
The One I Love NYC offers in-house resizing for a fee of $65 with very few exceptions. Please contact us before making your purchase to confirm whether your ring is eligible for resizing. We can be reached at info@TheOneILoveNYC.com
The One I Love NYC does not do repairs, but we are happy to connect you with an outside source that does!
Concerning repairs for our designer collection items: These repairs are at the sole discretion of the designer. Please contact the designer directly for repairs. Again, we are happy to connect you!
We have a 7 day return policy on items purchased on site, with very few exceptions (as stated below). Customer has 7 days from the day they receive their package to ship the item back to us. Upon receipt of return, we will issue you a refund minus shipping costs to the original method of payment within 72 hours.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if upon receiving the item we determine that such item has been damaged or altered. Items returned between 7-14 days after purchase are subject to a store credit. All items are final sale once the 14 day period has lapsed.
All items purchased privately are final sale.
All items listed on site as private (reserved) listings are final sale.
All items purchased at discounted sale price are final sale.
All items listed in our Designer Collection are final sale.
All items listed in our Re-Imagined Collection are final sale.
All custom made items are final sale.
All items that have been resized or altered in any way after purchase are final sale.

How To Care For Antique Jewelry
There are several things to remember when thinking about caring for antique jewelry, and we want to ensure that your pieces last you a lifetime.
To avoid scratching and stone loss, please store your antique jewelry separately in a dry, room temperature compartment. Avoid all moisture, including chlorine and dish soap.
While is seems pretty obvious, do not wear jewelry to the gym, the pool, the beach, while cleaning the house, or during rigorous activity. Antique jewelry is fragile, so it's best to treat it as such!
Cleaning antique jewelry can be a complicated task, which is why we suggest taking yours to a professional. However, in those times that you simply cannot, using a polish cloth will suffice for smudging. When your antique rings need a more invasive cleaning, spraying windex on a towel will help dissolve any dust. We do not suggest that you spray windex directly onto the jewelry! Also, make sure your jewelry is completely dry before wearing.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes we do! Just shoot us over an email at info@TheOneILoveNYC.com letting us know the amount and we will set up a gift certificate listing for you. Upon completion we will send you the gift certificate via postage mail or email (whichever you prefer) with a code for use.
Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?
While we would love to provide you with a Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the European Gemological Laboratory (EGL) certificate, this would entail removing the stones from our rings to be graded. Removing the stones can ruin the integrity from the piece; therefore, we cannot provide you with a certificate of grading.
I love a ring, but it's not my size! Can you resize it?
Yes! The One I Love NYC is happy to resize your ring for a $65 fee. Please contact us before purchasing your item to ensure that it is eligible for resizing! Most rings should only be resized up or down 1 size, in order to ensure the durability of the piece. For questions or more information you can contact us at info@TheOneILoveNYC.com.
Can I sell you my antique jewelry?
We only purchase jewelry from authorized dealers. So in short, no.
